Seaya Booking
National travel marketplace in Azerbaijan for individuals and businesses.
As lead designer I rebuilt the legacy UI into a full-product design system and simplified flows for hosts and guests. That cut design-to-release lead time by about 75% (4 weeks to 1 week).
I increased host and business registration completion by roughly 10β20% by simplifying onboarding and moving legal-heavy steps out of the critical path, and increased payment success (start to success) by 31% by clarifying cancellation and fare options at checkout.
I owned growth journeys end-to-end (discovery, design, specs, QA) and aligned with product and engineering on metrics and iterative delivery.

Vehicle registration time dropped by about 70% by capturing only essential data and moving heavy and legal steps out of the critical path.
Conversion to published listing and lender activation increased by about 33%. Time from first inquiry to booking confirmation improved by roughly 3Γ thanks to the mobile-first owner app and smoother booking management.

Uptick CRM
Enterprise B2B CRM for subscription software sales with ML-driven deal predictions and forecasting.
I was the primary designer from early on and the sole designer for two years. I designed the 360Β° Customer View that unified opportunity data and health signals; the ML-based Uptick Score (1β100) used daily by reps for deal health and forecasting; and an executive forecasting view (pivot table) comparing human forecast vs ML prediction. I delivered the mobile-first CRM for field sales in React Native, validating ideas through user interviews and iterative testing. Work included hypothesis testing, user interviews, and close collaboration with product and engineering.
