B2B SaaS for performing musicians (Web and Telegram Mini App). As Product Designer I led a new product direction and delivered a 0—1 production-ready prototype.
AI is built into the full workflow: research (synthesis and documentation from ~50 interviews with musicians), task assignment to agents, and MCP servers that enforce the design system and visual standards so output stays consistent.
I used GenAI (Claude) to accelerate exploration and iteration. I designed a freemium monetization model (free tier and subscription for advanced features) and defined the metrics and KPI framework to track activation, engagement, and revenue.
